These terms and conditions govern all agreements regarding the use of "Apartment NiNi" between Ingeborg "NiNi" Hanreich, Esterhazygasse 7/2, A-1060 Vienna, Austria,

Mobile: (+43 699) 17 19 75 03, thereafter referred to as Hostess, and the guests of Apartment NiNi.
Booking and prices
By booking or reservation by e-mail, the customer expressly agrees to the validity of these terms and conditions.
The contract will be concluded exclusively via e-mail by the Hostess' confirmation of the reserved booking.
Oral agreements or those concluded in any other way than described here are provisionally invalid and not binding until after written confirmation from the Hostess.
The specified or named price for accommodations is understood to be the final price quoted in EURO including the prevailing value added tax, local Viennese taxes and other quoted price components.
Payment and cancellation
The total amount is payable upon arrival in cash.
In case of no show on day of arrival or cancellation without compelling reason 30% will be charged.
For early departure a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.
The rented rooms shall be vacated by the guests by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The Hostess is entitled to charge for an additional day if the rented rooms are not vacated on time and nothing to the contrary was agreed upon.
Keys, key deposit and loss of keys
Keys to the room and front door will be handed over on arrival after payment. These keys are not to be shared with third parties.
In case of loss of one of these keys a charge of 580 € (EUR) is payable to cover the cost of changing three locks and replacing twelve security keys.
Duty of care
The guest will treat the property with care and will ensure that all fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
Water and electricity should be used sparingly.
Waste, food scraps, grease, or other items that can cause blockage of the drainage system are not to be disposed of in the drain. These items belong in the designated bins or special waste.
Liability and Disclaimer
The Hostess accepts no liability for guests' own valuables, cash and electrical appliances.
Unattended luggage storage is available up to a maximum of five pieces.
The Hostess assumes no liability for Internet misuse by the guest or unauthorized third parties.
If you find any damage in our apartment, please let us know as soon as possible.
The guest is liable for all damages. Damaged, lost or destroyed inventory will be invoiced at the replacement price.
Please understand that, for hygienic reasons, your pets cannot accompany you to the apartment.
